P4 Multispectral
Accurate data on vegetation status with P4 Multispectral: the high-precision drone with integrated multispectral imaging system designed for agriculture, environmental monitoring, and more.

From crops to images
Immediate plant health information
P4 Multispectral consolidates the data acquisition process by providing information on crop health and helping with vegetation management. This new platform created by DJI has the same powerful features as the Phantom 4 series drones, such as 27 minutes of flight time and up to 7 km1 of transmission distance with the OcuSync system.

Beyond appearances
Image acquisition in agriculture is now easier and more effective than ever, thanks to a stabilized, integrated system that collects complete, ready-to-use data. Access information gathered by the RGB camera and the five multispectral blue, green, red, red-edge and near-infrared cameras, all two-megapixel, globally shuttered and three-axis stabilized.

Built-in sunlight sensor for accurate results
Located on the top of the shell, a sensor
sensitive to sunlight captures its irradiation, optimizing
The accuracy and uniformity of the data collected at different times of the day.
The information is subsequently reprocessed
for obtaining highly accurate NDVI results.
Fundamental data always available
RGB and NDVI images
Simple aerial images are now no longer enough for discerning agronomists. Normalized vegetation index (NDVI) analysis, combined with RGB image visualization, allows the identification of spots that need more attention to set up targeted treatments quickly and effectively.

Accuracy to the centimeter
Get accurate, real-time positioning data from images captured by the six cameras using DJI’s TimeSync system for centimeter-accurate measurements. The TimeSync system constantly adjusts the attitude of the flight controller, RGB and NB cameras, and RTK module, fixing the positioning data in the center of the CMOS sensor and reporting accurate metadata on each image. All cameras undergo a rigorous calibration process, including measurement of radial and tangential lens distortions. Distortion parameters are captured and saved in the metadata of each image to adapt the post-production software to the needs of individual users.

Compatibility with mobile station D-RTK 2 and with the NTRIP protocol.
Improve the accuracy of RTK positioning without an Internet connection by connecting P4 Multispectral to the high-precision GNSS mobile station D-RTK 2, or to the NTRIP protocol (for transferring RTCM data over the Internet)2 via a 4G dongle or Wi-Fi hotspot. You can also save satellite data and process it later in PPK (post-processed kinematic).
